This is Tobi, the flying rainbow fish. He prefers to be called "Sir" Tobi, hence the reason he wears his top hat. Sir Tobi loves to cheer people up and is a real gentleman (or gentlefish). If you drop something, Sir Tobi will pick it up for you and even walk you home in a dark alley.
