Who says it isn’t there? Her hips are too wide for you to see it

As for the close-up panel, it wouldn’t be a very good view of her butt if there was fabric hanging down blocking it, would it?

I see what you mean. However, that’s somewhat incorrect as I’ve done this sort of background on other pieces before. Artworks like my Chihiro pieces, the Ramona piece use the same “place image but blurred” method. I suppose this time it stood out more?
Though it isn’t just some irrelevant place. The background is Chun-Li’s stage from the original Street Fighter 2 ^-^
