I've decided to fix this base up, and make sure it has correct bones and all that.

I've always wanted to use this base, but never had been since the OP who made the base messed up BAD on the bones and face.

I've heavily fixed it, including adding back the tongue bones and eye bones. She does have some issues, including the body not having a shadow, but I will address this later.
