It's a rather large file, sorry.
I made a tutorial for these because the world needs to be filled with people wearing balloon shorts. ♥ ... Or at least dolls wearing them, considering Cecilia was my model for these.
I made a small error while sewing the "waistband" part to the pant legs, so it looks really uneven. Please look out for that if you make these. That part is a bit tricky.
I've never made a tutorial before, so please feel free to ask if something is unclear.
