Description
Someone asked me how to make this kind of effect, so I made a tutorial. Its used alot these days so this will be pretty useful to some people. . Tell me what you think. You need PS7.---EDIT---
Lots of people have been emailing me asking how to change the brush settings in PS 6. As far as I know, you can't.

cute tutorial, i may create something with the stretch into the horizon idea in mind
meanwhile, i can suggest you use the ctrl+J to duplicate the layer and then use ctrl+F to repeat the last filter effect .. the filter effect that you should repeat is under the "other>offset" category.

Great work mate, but I do have a problem, every time I switch the layers to Color Dodge the colors get all funky and in the end all I end up with is white dots... no color range at all.
any ideas on what Iยดm doin wrong?
