I really like the overall feel to this piece! I especially love the colors and the warmth felt between the characters. The use of different tones and colors in the shading, so perfect. u_u
I only have two suggestions. Personally speaking, I would crop the bottom of the picture- so that the guy's body isn't floating- it almost makes it seem like he doesn't have legs? The second thing, I'd add in the gir'ls feet. I feel like by doing both these things, it will help to elevate the piece.

You're right,the image feels almost incomplete because of those few missing things, and am glad you like the coloring, I was experimenting.

First of the pose of the characters in this piece adds a very charming and as far as I can tell, unique pose. The coloring and style is especially gorgeous, with the color highlights, shading. Furthermore, the deep blue lineart makes it look soft colorful. My only negative points would be that the arm ( of the bottom character) closest to the viewer seems to bend in a strange way, and the leg of the top character closest to the viewer seems to be supporting itself on the side of the arm instead of the shoulder. Overall, it's a great piece~!

as for how his arms curves, that's my bad. There is a style I sometimes use were I make my lines curved like that, I guess I subconsciously merged that with this xD
