A Cyborg dragon! yay ... xD Im not sure if i am allowed to call it a cyborg dragon... because i dont really have any idea what a cyborg is.... Well, well
You tell me.. is this a cyborg dragon?EDIT : OK I KNOW IT NOW!! XP

First of all, I think that you've done a very good job with the dragon's colors and detail, overall. The one problem I see is that it takes a while to find where the dragon's head and paws are.
Second of all, the patterns on the dragon are very cool`they don't look homogenous to one another, and add to the dragon's design.
From where I look, the paws of the dragon look very humanoid. The various digits don't seem to be connected to the paws. This may be due to the cluster near the fire; try to add darker shading.
And those rope like strings-What are they? They don't seem convenient for flying.
Third, this doesn't have any occult messages, but the whole picture will keep me thinking for at least another hour.

This is more or less a chinese dragon meets a water dragon.It's beautiful

Could be. But with the coloring it's hard to tell where the scales end and the metal begins.
And a cyborg is an organic creature that has a part or parts of its body replaced or enhanced with robotic or cybernetic parts.

well, awestrucking as it might look, it deffinitely is NOT a cyborg... a cyborg is a bio-mechanical being. also known as, a living being with mechanical implants.
the character from Deus Ex? he is a cyborg. Master Chief from Halo? he is a cyborg. Raiden from metal gear solid? he is also a cyborg.
to make a dragon into a cyborg, you need to give it implants - modify his wings with carbon structures, a meta-polymer wing fiber and a jet engine, plus a plasma blade at the tip of the tail, and tadaaaa, you have an epic-looking cyborg.
