Continuing with my art dump for this Friday, here is a new Power Rangers art submission, this being Tori Hanson, the Blue Ninja Storm Ranger of Power Rangers Ninja Storm. This was designed after a figure of her, which I tried to make as detailed as possible. Like I said last week, you'll start to see a pattern in the Rangers I'll be uploading.
