Today, after the helmet preview, here is the official full-body art for my "The Next Decade" story. Almost two years ago, when I was getting into only Illustrator art, I did a version of this. It was not that well-received, or acknowledged, so I decided to vow to change it so that it is better. Here is the finished result, the redo of the Neo Ultimate Complete Form, exclusive to Ben Tennyson when he is Decade while Tsukasa is in his coma. Part of this is based off of his Complete Form 21 that he will have in Zi-O vs Decade special, only without representations of Zi-O and Zero-One. I couldn't quite get right the cards, so I did the Rider symbols, which is a reference to the Climax Heroes games, where Decade Complete Form's finisher has him doing the Dimension Kick through Rider Symbols instead of Rider Cards. He has the new helmet, as I showed off earlier, and instead of gold, he only has a combination of magenta and green as his main colors, and still keeping the wings too, as well as the Potis Altiare over the Neo Decadriver. In his hands, he dual-wields his Omni DecadeSaber and his RideSaber, the exclusive weapons to Ben when he takes up the mantle of Decade. In addition to being the form exclusive to Ben when he is Kamen Rider Decade, he also has the Omnitrix symbol on his chest. That same symbol also adds to the Rider Symbols, so he can basically select them on his Omnitrix, but only in this form. This one seems to be leaps and bounds better than what I did back in 2019.
