Description
For today's new entry into Power Rangers art, I decided to close off the last Saturday of the month with one of my favorite Yellow Rangers. From Power Rangers Lost Galaxy, we have Maya, the Galaxy Yellow Ranger. Also, yes. I do know that the trailer for Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: Once and Always came out, but this was made before the trailer was released. Nonetheless, I do have Ranger designs for that movie, so don't worry. As for Maya, she is the second Galaxy Ranger I have designed, and it was actually easy for me to do this, mostly due to how simplistic the suits were. The zigzag lines always remind me of Charlie Brown, if you think about it, but it was still fun to do that pattern. I even did a detailed version of the Quasar Saber, as well as the helmet design, both of which will be shown in more detail later on in the coming weeks. I am very pleased with how Maya looks here overall, especially since this is one of the designs I did of a Ranger who's a girl in the adaptation but a male in Super Sentai. If I ever do the male source, I will find a way to reverse the gender in the design. For now, here is my design of Maya the Yellow Ranger. What do you think? Please enjoy!
