Description
This is another commercial photo from the same shoot as Swirl . The fish is hand-painted onto the edge of the glass by a local artist. I thought it was a natural match for water photography.Related content

very interesting...thats a lot of bubbles, it makes the water very interesting and makes your really notice the fantastic detail. I like it.

I'm glad it was painted on. I'd hate to think the poor fish made the ultimate sacrifice for the sake of a deviation down the drain.

this is really a good one.. the fish just adds an extra ummmph to the whole composition..
the bubbles shows that water isnt really boring as it seems.. and, nice angle too..it looks so professional and very,... how do u say it.. EXCITING!

wow! very creative concept. i was wondering how the fish was there. i love how the fish is colored and stands out against the metallic greyness of the sink and the transparency of the glass and water. a great concept that turned out really well. great job.

dear lord, when i first saw the wee thumbnail of this in my dev watch i thought you were pouring a fishie down the drain! i was gonna head on down to TO, hunt you down, and slap you around
luckily, that fish is not real and is not going down the drain. so you are safe. for now.
anyhow, very bubbly and fun looks almost unwater like... more gelly like...so bubbly bubbly! that fish is really cool.

Wonderful shot, in the thumb I thought it was a real fish (a very tiny one at that) lol. Great commercial photography, I could definitely see this in the glossy pages of a magazine. Wonderful composition and angle and I love the texture of the bubbles... they look like they're made of ice.

Dispite the simplicity, or perhaps because of it, this shot has a very surreal look and feel to it. The fish only adds to the surreality.

Superb! This is awsome, the metallic colors all around with the white-gray theme of everything and the water and the glass, and then there's that fish, green and conspicuous, right there in the glass, I love the bubbles, and the pouring of the water. My new fav.
