This is Kirin Ranger from Gosei Sentai Dairanger. Obviously it is not Kazu as it is a female model but it is not the female model that is shown in Gokaiger and Super Megaforce. It is as if Saban had adapted the suit in Power Rangers therefore using the male suit for a female as seen in the actual Mighty Morphin.
The first one to use the thunder powers of the Griffin Thunderzord was Trini. Trini would have to pass the powers of thunder to Aisha who would go on to lose the powers and gain the powers of the Bear Ninjazord. Lord Zedd to battle the Ninja Rangers decided to use the old power coins and the powers of thunder and give the powers of the Griffin zord to his Colombian gang member and evil ranger Nelida. Tina, his former evil Yellow Ranger will get in their way and gain the powers of thunder for herself and her friends for the fight against evil. She was un unleash all the powers of thunder to become the Yellow Thunder Ranger.
