Description New layout look, Auto detects Taskbar position (only Top and Bottom) and between Locked and Unlocked.

No support for Left only and Right only is planned, because i dont know of any one that uses the Taskbar like that...

Included is a few new skins (7, one is not shown) that is baised around Win7.

Amazingly enough, the skins even look good under XP.

The "X" in the top corner minimizes, so now you dont have to go to the tray icon any more.

next update may have support for the actual Start menu itself.

I liked the first version, but for one problem: It showed the dialog upon starting when I put a shortcut into the start up folder. And I had to manually restart the skinning effect. I hope you've fixed it for this version. If not... next time.

BTW, some graphics cards, like my ATI Mobility Xpress 200M hate it when something skins the start menu. I end up with an unusable blank black space.

yes, i ran in to the problem myself as i was skinning the menu tonight... horrible black, and the "flickering", so i need to find the right way to do so for skinning it.

there should not be a dialog error, if there is one, drop me a note and i will look in to it, ok?

When XP shuts down, I get an error: runtime error 424 object required.

Currently on Window 7 32-bit retail build. Upon running the TT.exe executable I get an error Message:

Run-time error'339':

Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I keep the taskbar locked to the top.

download taskbar texturizer 1 (forgot to mention that you need that one first), then go in to the c:\program files\project1 folder, and unzip the v2 zip in there overwriting the files.

I manually downloaded and installed the COMDLG32.OCX file and now the program works very nicely, good work!

BTW should that be a necessary file, and why do you think my install magically wouldn't have it?
