im working on 2 at the moment..not far finished!!

I have a question sort of related, but not exactly. How long does it take your pictures to dry completely when you use oil paints on average?
Also, I'm excited to see this done! It already looks to interesting!

I WORK ON 2 TO 3 AT A TIME AND BECAUSE I DO SEVERAL THIN LAYERS, THEY DRY QUICKLY,FINISHED PAINTING TAKES ABOUT 6 MONTHS TO TOTALLY DRY.

Wow 6 months! That's crazy! But I guess it makes blending and shaping the picture easier. I did something in acrylics just recently, and pretty much the moment I put the colour on it was dry XD

yep, I cant work with anything else to create the realism that I do! you should try oil!

I want to now, but my art teacher insists I work with acrylic for now. Someday when I'm not painting for class I definitely will!

I'd love to and I will, I'm just working on painting assignments between work and school and paintings my teacher wants to sell for fundraising, so once my schedule clears up a bit I definitely plan on using them! He recommended that I don't use oils yet because they don't dry fast enough. My grade 12 art class is going to New York sometime this spring and he thinks my paintings will sell the best, oh joy |D
But, but, but, now I feel like I'm making excuses to you! When I do paint something with them, I'll send you the link to the picture first
