Edit: I decided I like this bg enough to use it for all my horses refs. Boring yes, but easy and stress free for me and nice looking on my page. We can all deal right? So Believer needs his new ref too.Seriously spent 6 hours on this straight tonight. Ok I took a break for dinner and kissing my husband hello, but seriously, I need a life. Why do I look so forward to "spending time with my horses" when they are only pictures?
Who cares, they are awesome and I wish they were real. I miss horses, it's been over a year since I've ridden. K enough, rant.
This is the conformation entry for #Baroque-Horse-RPG stallion test. I hope he passes. If he does, he gets a nifty little name tagged to the end of his name!

Actually Binary-Star-Stables could I ask of you a favor? You see...I've always wanted a Friesian horse (In particular, a stallion) but since I'm not able to get one because they're so expensive I've been making posters of the Friesian Stallions that I admire and/or want to own. If you could would you please turn Cris (My newest deviation) into one of your pictures? Or at least tell me how to make him look like that? It would help me maybe not feel so depressed about the fact that I can't own him.

I'm afraid I don't have time for free requests right now. Between commissions, trades, and my own work I just don't have the inspiration. But if you are talking about telling you how to make him look like my art? Well, you have to learn via tutorials. There are hundreds of painting tutorials on deviantart and the artists likewise who are willing to help you. I myself have never been official "taught" how to do what I do so therefore, I do not know how to teach. But I hope you find what you are looking for. And seems like you've joined the crowed of those of us who can't afford horses and are equally depressed by it.

Yes he is, I have no idea about status. He's a close to my heart character but I dont get much chance to show with him.

Haha yep! The far far bg is just a google picture but I just loved the clean way they set up for picture day I had to try to color it. The flowers are a little more of a blob than I planned but I didn't want to try to draw Mums, too complicated.

Thanks! It's because I started out with a blueish color, not just gray or black. If you use a daaark blue or purple in black of black you get more depths.
