I love horses! Friesians are just one of many favorite breeds! Blacks and black Paints are my top fave color on horses! But I love all the colors of the equine rainbow.

What a stunning creature. I like the composition of the picture, the balance of the body and the angle the gives you a clear even green background for the entire body ( no sky, trees or fence to scar the background). I think it quiets down or calms the picture even though there is a lot of movement in the body. It is a super good pose and as an artist I feel a real urge to draw him, just because the pose is so beautiful. So proud and regal almost. Really well done you should be proud of the picture.
