Browsing the interwebs I have found lots of old pictures of people riding moose like they would a horse. The websites say that in olden times, especially in Europe, people would raise the baby moose whos mothers were killed by hunters and the moose would grow up tame. I'm not sure how much I buy that story seeing as moose are one of the stupidest and most dangerous animals, but it is still interesting and I would give my first born child to have a tame moose.Texture from: :[link]

I saw on tv not to long ago, a man raised twin moose babies because their mother wasn't found. They acted just like horses and they were so tame it was awesome! I don't remember where he lived, it may have been in Europe somewhere....

Thanks! A muskox would be so awesome to ride! I was just looking at a bunch of pictures of muskox for work and fell in love with them, also muskrats, there is something about having "musk" in a name that seems to add to the adorableness of the animal. Muskox would probably be much easier to ride, they seem so much less angry than your average moose.
