Here's the eye tutorial. I hope this is helpful to someone.
1. Draw the sketch/shape of the eye.
2. Make a new layer and add flat color beneath the sketch layers.
3-4. start painting with airbrush for skin colors.
5-6. Add with base colors.
7-8. Draw pupil and rings around the pupil.
9. Add iris inside the pupil.
10-11. Add glows with highlights on the reflected area.
12. Add glow on the eye.
13-14. Draw shadow and saturation under the eye.
15-16. Add eyebrow with base color and start airbrush with brighter color over it.
17-18. Add glows with highlights on the reflected area and details.
