Roki Enmichi is a student at U.A. High School, and a member of class 1-A.
███ Appearance
Roki, first off, is very leggy. They have very long legs. Aside from the obvious length of their legs, they sport yellow eyes, black hair with dye and an undercut in the back, fair skin, and glasses. Because of the brightness of the quirk, they have to wear glasses with special lenses to protect their eyes from the light.
Roki wears the standard female U.A. uniform with addition of knee braces.
Their casual attire consists of ripped baggy pants, a large two-toned belt, red sneakers, a hooded jacket, a beanie, and a midriff bearing shirt.
Their hero costume consists of a tight upper body "jacket, leggings, protective high tech goggles, full arm bracers with partially see-through gauntlets, fingerless gloves, strapes and pouches, knee high leg bracers, cool anti-slip sneakers with jet boosters attached.
███ Personality
Roki is a very adventurous and energetic individual. They find it hard to sit still. They just wanna get out and explore, just live life and have fun. They enjoy being outdoors and exploring nearby areas, be it somewhere familiar like the part or woods and mountains. They're courageous, and will willingly go anywhere and everywhere, at any time. They like to brings friends along!
They're very enthusiastic and dynamic, making them a magnetic person. They love a crowd and make friends very easily. They like to see the best in every situation, and do their best to cheer up down classmates. With their quick-wit, they're easily a class clown and can light up anyone! Maybe even Bakugou will laugh when they're around?
However, they can be quick-tempered and impulsive, prone to running off on their own and doing their own thing. With a daredevil and foolhardy disposition, sometimes it's hard to follow their lead and participate in some of their activities or even keep up with them ... and not to mention they're pretty impatient! So just give them some time.

Overall Abilities: Blinding lights, sure, but Roki's an exceptional user of their quirk, Neon Sign. By manipulating their quirk through their body and their equipment, they is even able to propel herself through the air at a high speed, even flying, effectively boosting their mobility. Roki has also displayed the ability to manipulate the size and shape of their attacks, such as making them razor-thin lasers or thick beams.
They does possess a level of melee combat, using their quirk to solidify neon into weapons and various other objects like shiruken and gauntlets, and at some points even solidifying the neon to make armor.
Tactical Intellect: While not being the brightest student in 1-A, Roki has proven herself a street smart person, able to comprehend a situation and their opponents and devise a plan as a result. In addition to that, Roki learns from their past mistakes and learns quickly too, allowing them to react to the same situation with a different outlook and plan.
███ Quirk
Neon Sign (ネオン・サイン, Neon sain): Roki can shape, create, and manipulate neon gas. They can solidify the neon with different uniformity, turn neon into tools, objects, weapons and other items, and They can release neon as various attacks.
There are several drawbacks to this quirk. Because of quirk relying on the abundance of neon gas, and considering neon gas is considerably rare in immediate surroundings, Roki has to resort to generating neon a lot of the time. This process uses the water in their body, be that tears or sweat or even blood, and evaporating it through their body's special chemical reaction to unleash enough gas to use. As a result, they can become dehydrated very easily or possibly anemic if they has to result to actually using blood or plasma.
In addition, they may be over-charged/wounded if too much energy is used at once, which typically results in burns and exhaustion. On top of that, because of how bright neon is, it makes them easier to track and locate. A possibly worst outcome is that if they has too much neon built up in their system and equipment, or has an over abundance in their immediate area, their quirk becomes hypersensitive and hyperactive, which causes spontaneous and unintentional blasts and other attacks, causing accidental harm and property damage.
- Light Speed: by allowing herself to become a pure embodiment of neon, Roki is able to move at high speeds for fast travel.
- Laserbeam: Roki unleashes a powerful beam from anywhere on their body, primarily hands
- adorably, this quirk can be used as a submove called "laserpointer." however, this move has been used to scare opponents into thinking they're in the line of sniper fire
- Surge: with this move, Roki is able to fly.
- this ability is more effective when paired with their boots (see equipment).
- Starburst: resulting from the chemical reaction their body conducts, they essentially takes the "body" of a star and "erupts" by releasing all of the energy and neon gas, resulting in light and heat damage.

- Neo-goggles: high tech and protective, they shield their eyes from bright light and debris, and allow them to track and pinpint friends and foes, as well as monitor neon gas levels in the immediate area and monitor their bodily functions.
- Neo-suit: made of polyeurithane and kevlar, it is comprised of a white jacket-like top that stretched from their neck to their hips and leggings, with additional straps to hold pouches, which store medicine and other first aid supplies, and energy bars and water to rehydrate and stay up to speed.
- Neo-blasters: made of a magnesium-based alloy, making them incredibly strong and light weight, these "blasters" store and regulate neon gas. When at full capacity, the polycarbonate see-through glass tends to glow multiple colors.
- Neo-bracers: made of a magnesium-based alloy like the blasters, these bracers protect their knees and lower leg bones. Considering their long legs, the kneepads have extra padding and support to cushion and aid to their knees.
- Neo-sneaks: made of polyeurithane and kevlar, the boots have extra padding and a spring to absorb shock when they land from flying or levitating. The soles and heels also have the magnesium-based alloy. The jet boosters strapped to the boots are made of the alloy as well, and help as propulsion when in flight, and increasing mobility. When not in a neon body, these boosters help them run faster.
