Description
GASP! Original art! O.o(albeit original art that's been hanging about on my hard drive unfinished forever, that I only now got around to tidying up. Was going to colour it properly, but the computer had other ideas. So eh.)
Anyway. Refsheet for a particular species of dragon that's been in my head a while. These guys were due for a redesign, so here we go; i've tried to draw something that's not just yet another generic dragon, but I think I've failed miserably, especially since I went and jumped on the 'refsheet with wings drawn separately' bandwagon
But I like it anyway, so nerrr. ^_^
Somewhere along the way this changed from a general concept sheet to a couple of tatty pages from a natural history book of some sort... Hehe, oops.
There'll be more of these at some point. Probably.
Um... if you can be bothered reading the text but it's too small, let me know...
(Drawing and concept by , no stealing or -else- dammit >.<

It mght take me a while, cuz I don't know the next time I'll be able to get some Polymer Clay. But so far, I've got a couple Model Horses, A Few Dragon Lego Prts, like the tail, 2 sets of Wings, A Head, & Some Claws.

I was wondering, can I use this for D&D? It would make a really nice addition to a collection of non-metallic/chromatic dragons. I'll look out for the desert one next.
So respond, and I'll stat it up!
Keep up the work, you've got a sweet gallery.

Uhmm... to be honest, I'd rather if you didn't? ;_;' I might want to use the design in something I aim to get published, which won't really be possible if someone else is roleplaying with it. Sorry, and hope you understand :/

But, but! If you draw the wings separately, you get to see the details better ('cause I know I can't do that on a single piece of paper)! O_o
Overall, I really like the design of this species, especially the head and wings. I envy the way you drew the feet though, haha. *pokes the feets*

Thanks Yeah, dragon wings (and tails) can be a pain to fit on one page. I refuse to work any bigger than a3, that's hard enough to scan as it is! XD

Oh, she's so pretty... ^-^~
Quite a lot of thought seems to have gone into her design, even a book-like bio... And I can't get over how amazing she looks~! (why... am I calling it a she? Oh well, must be an impulse-like thing...)

Even though you say you've not coloured them proper, it has that "This is a reference in a book feel". And more so a nice touch with it looking like it's in a book
"They are therefore called the magpies or guls of the dragon world (although not often to their faces)"
I loved that line XD
