Yeah, I'm half Japanese but my mom didn't want to teach me Japanese because she thought it would interfere with me English so I had to wait to take a class in high school. So yes, I know Japanese, but not much. xDDDDD

My school offers German, French, and Spanish, but not Japanese. I'm self teaching myself, but I can imagine that having an actual teacher would be much more benificial. How many years of the language did you take?
