Winter, Year 2012 of the Dragon Era

The group of Hihiri Muruch had gathered was smaller now, and though the winter was mild, she was... quiet, pensive. Soon, her work here would be done
She would return to the sea.
She stared out over the sunlit water, listening to the murmuring crowd, listening to the surf on the sand.
"It has been a pleasure, talking to you all, getting to know you and see how you think" She said, softly, "But you're beyond my little trials now."
She smiled at those assembled, looking back at them over her shoulder.
"As a final task, make your case before the gods themselves; bring themselves some small offering, or just yourself, as you please. Make your case to at least one of the deities on the island, and I am assured you'll have a response. When spring warms the water... well, when it warms the waters further, I will leave you, and as the fruit-trees bloom, you will have your answers."

If you wish your character to be considered for one of these positions:

Write or draw your character visiting any shrine on Hihiri Territory, and explaining to their chosen God their spiritual connection, and their plans for the future.

You will receive a moderator-written response, which you can reply to with either a short lit or art piece, and then we'll get to choosing a result! This will include a herd vote. If you need to get a character in quickly to try out for a leadership position, send in a Modmail ticket on discord so we can be sure things tick along smoothly.
