Description
With a snapping, hissing crackle, the stones under Magnar's feet were illuminated by sparks of electricity for just a moment, leaving their afterimage seared across his remaining eye.
It wasn't the best light in the world, but it was enough to confirm that this pile, at least, didn't contain what he was hunting for.
He turned to the next pile of rubble, after resting his eye a moment, and set off the crackling electricity once more.
