Commissioned to do a sprite in the style of 'Street Fighter 3' for my 'Grown-Up and Jaded Astro Boy Turned Governor' character, Cosmos from my (and KaijuDuke's) growing 'Kiryuku ' concept.Despite my stated desire to have him be sparingly-used (due to how ridiculously O.P. he is), find myself having developed him more than the other characters/concepts from this reality.
Perhaps the general idea ('Astro Boy if put through the filter of both Watchmen and Dark Knight Returns') just keeps bringing me back to it?

Nice work on Cosmos man, always fun to see this guy in your gallery. I hear what you're saying though, I love Tiamab but I really need to start working on building up an army of monsters for her to unleash upon the city when I have the chance to do so, I have many concepts that need bringing to life so Tiamab can show off her masterworks as Kiryuku's resident monstermaker >;3
