Hi, and welcome to the second part of my Super Hero/Villain introductions, once again this is I.N.T.E.L.L.I.G.E.N.C.E bringing you the info on all the crazy people in this universe. Let's get started:

Boneless Man (Hero): Wow, I don't know what to say anymore. We brought him here out of pity (plus I needed a body to dissect) after he was hit by a steamroller. We were going to give a proper burial (after dissection of course) when he miraculously formed into a blob and returned to life. After a few formal WTF's, we stuck him in the corner of our main briefing room, and he's been there for two years, doing nothing but crack jokes every so often. His special ability is nothing, he has no abilities, he can't even move.

Captain Ultima (Vigilante): One the few actual Superheroes, you know, someone really useful, and he works alone. Go figure. Atleast he cleans up the villains while we're busy. No one knows his origins or how he got his powers, but what we do know is...we need to find out how, those powers could be really useful. His abilities include super strength, flight, the Ultima Ray (a large hand laser; very effective) and the ability to move really fast. He basically can do everything we can and more.

Reflecto Man (Hero): Reflecto Man, another breaker of physics. He may have some powers, like minor super strength and some inhuman agility, but he wastes it all when he focusses all his trust on that mirror he attached to his chest. He's completely convinced it will protect him from harm. But it doesn't, he's been shot, stabbed, blown up, impaled etc. etc. And that's where the physics breaking comes in. He's died like a hundred times, yet every day he shows up again like nothing has happened. Baffling. His ability, not counting the above two, is the ability of reflection. It is a mirror after all, so he can blind people with sun reflections. And vain villains are often too distracted to fight.

The Chopper (Villain): In a world populated mostly by fools and idiots in costumes, the Chopper is a terrifying representation of evil done right. Created personally by the Dark Master, this robot exists only to kill, chop and maim. I mean his special ability, is simply the ability to chop stuff...with his axes...while saying Chop, chop, chop repeatedly. He's killed Reflecto Man like...20 times. Dangerous and should be avoided, just leave him to Captain Ultima.

Captain Fluffles (Villain): A sentient hamster bent on world domination that has a Death Laser strapped to its back. 'Nuff said, aside from the fact he's the Dark Master's pet.

Stick Man (Hero): Another hero who is surprisingly still alive, despite being light enough to be blown away by the wind. Stick Man is a child's drawing that somehow came to life, and then bought a cape. He's just one those guys who assists in battle, not a lot to say, I don't see him much, especially when he turns sideways. His special ability is stabbing things with his thin arms and legs.

Captain Average (Hero): A hero who was created in your average superhero accident with an average revenge story and an average set of powers. Just...so...average. He's even average at being average, it's just ridiculous.

The Gladiator (Villain): The Dark Master's right hand man. For a figure so imposing and dangerous, he's pretty clumsy. Should probably get a better visor. This big guy should be avoided by everyone in the league, which isn't too hard considering he's generally inside the Palace of Evil. He's among the few who have actually seen the Dark Master. His special ability is to fire a large burst of energy from his shield.

I think that may be all the ones I drew up, although there may be more. If you want more, lemme know and I'll get 'em done after all the uploads are complete.
