Would there be anyway to make a smaller panda, with the same size modules? Like, halving the number of modules in a layer or something? I'm just concerned about my parents thinking I'm wasting a lot of paper.

Just as good!

If you use thinner paper, you can make the rings of modules smaller, yes...but if you just used smaller sheets for each module, that would also save paper and would work better.

For origami, I often use old paper that is only blank on one side. Try to reuse paper like that!

Agreed. But it has been getting a little better for me.
