I will, after the exams are over
I tried to fold the base thingie yesterday and that was pretty easy
so now I just have to fold 400 (*dies*) and piece it together. Piece of cake or not, but I'll try anyway

lolz. I just came to the conclusion that I do not own any decent white or black paper I only have sketchbooks, and very thick watercolour paper, and two timy scraps of black paper
Sooo I'm going to have to find paper that I can actually fold first

Ooh ooh~
And I tried making a straw star, and it worked~!
First I tried with those thin origami star paper stripes...
And it didn't work.
But I used straws this time, and it worked!
It's so hard to fold straws. ; 3;

oh I have a question about this! XD
how do you connect the triangles together? do you use glue, or just stick the triangles together >.< XDDD
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
synconi In reply to epalkaha [2010-06-01 13:53:02 +0000 UTC]
No they all slot together like it shows you in the tutorial.

epalkaha In reply to synconi [2010-06-02 01:32:19 +0000 UTC]
ahh so you didn't use glue? cuz mine before slips away >.>
and how ever did you make that many rectangles O.o
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
synconi In reply to epalkaha [2010-06-08 19:22:21 +0000 UTC]
lol I ripped up all my little rectangles first and then made TONS of modules when I had boring things like bus journeys etc.
It's easy if you do that. And no glue!

synconi In reply to epalkaha [2010-06-01 13:52:10 +0000 UTC]

epalkaha In reply to synconi [2010-06-02 01:32:58 +0000 UTC]

Thank you so much!
Umm, I used sheets of A4 paper and ripped them into 32 smaller rectangles. I think I used about 14 sheets of A4 paper?
