i would assume that this is a photograph... he's a photographer. yet there seems to be a repeating wood texture on the table, so maybe i'm wrong. pretty scary to think that we're at the stage when i can't tell the difference between real and modeled anymore

Not too shabby at all Everything is perfect cept for the facing side, which appears too flat, or something, really looks more like noise than texture... But aside from that very photo-realistic
