Impressive setup and capture. I've tried this a few times but didn't like my pics. Maybe I'll try it again.

Well 1/100 is quite slow for drop shots. You did a great job though. Try to set a lower aperture to get more depth of field. I'd try 1/500 and f/8, 1/2000 are way to fast, you'll get 1 shout out of 100

haha nah 1/100 is fine since i used flash
shutter speed doesn't really matter much when ur using flash

errr yes it does since you are capturing the movement more when using 1/1000 instead of 1/100.. anyway I liked it very much even at 1/100

with great patience rofl
i got average about 1 shot of splashing in every 10 attempts
the window of time is so short
the splash happens in like 0.001secs or something
also i used flash of course no way u could capture that with 1/100 shutter speed

lol, I'll be trying that sometime... and failing miserably... I honestly have no clue how to start, but I'll try. Or I could just go take photos of cheese sandwiches. *Grin*
