Finally, after several days of bothering, this is done. Her name is Felicity, and as the title suggests, she's Lady Luck. I haven't done a whole lot with her, but she recently came up in relation to a tumblr friend's OC. Sooo I felt the need to draw her. I might draw her...love interest (Justice) next. But we'll see.
