Description
The MR-5 receiver is a standardized multi functional tool, designed specifically for TCF military applications, anywhere from combat to contruction. The receiver was designed to attach to any compatible barrel extension. The receiver's fire selector has three modes. "safe", "fire", and "auto", with the auto mode varying in function based on the attached barrel extension.
While the receiver is capable of attaching to construction based barrel extensions, it is primarily used with weaponized barrels, allowing the receiver to act as anything from an automatic rifle, to an energy cannon.
The MR-5 is issued to both recruits and elite forces within the TCF military.
