Edit 2021: Okay so because people keep commenting this very, very old crossover. A couple of things: a) This is old, some Royal Knights are missing because they never existed backthen. b) I have never even played Kingdom Hearts. My friends did, took that organization stuff from there. So, I dunno, enjoy old art.
Pencil sketched, inked, skanned and finally coloured with photoshop.

If that is the case, it is most likely to assume whoever the 13th royal knight is will probably be the Mega-Form (jap: Ultimate Form) of Hackmon

Yeah, I agree that Omnimon (sorry, Omegamon) should be Roxas. Duel weilding weapons, the final (Omega refers to the final), and the fact that Omnimon was the final form of the original hero. It just really seems to fit, in my opinion.
I might even make Alphamon into Xemnas. Dukemon is way too heroic looking, and the totally dark look for Alphamon fits Xemnas in my opinion. Finally, where as Omega refers to the final or last of anything, Alpha refers to the beginning, first, and origin. Dukemon can be Vexen...he has a shield after all (yes, I'm an idiot).
Other then that, I totally agree with each of your match ups, and this is freaking cool
