Description
Chad's initial impression upon finding a strange egg laying around the carnival was that Joella should keep better track of her unnaturally fluffy chicken. Although not as bad as other droppings he had the misfortune of finding from the resident carnival pets that seemed to over-run the place, it still left others (or more accurately, HIM) to pick up after them. But as the egg's shell started changing to darker shades of pink, he was curious about it's strange properties and took it back for further study and in NO WAY worried for the possible hatchling inside. Unsure weather or not the egg is better off cold or warm (there seems to be no real difference besides the atheistic change), he keeps it under a lamp and periodically lets it drift between the two extremes, though never for any longer then he's comfortable with. Chad has to keep reminding himself he's simply holding it until Joella comes looking for it and that a man of his caliber WILL NOT get attached.

"This egg is a weird one. The shell will start changing colors depending on the temperature it's at. If it starts getting cold, it starts blushing, turning more and more red the colder it gets. Heartbeat is still going even when it is cold, so not sure what temperature you should incubate this at."

I went a bit overboard OTL But I was inspired and wanted to tell a short story lD
