BAM. SAILORTEAM.Well, not really.
I got the itch like everyone else when they announced the new anime slated for this summer. I've been drawing one of the girls each on a piece of cardstock, about one a week.
I'm the least pleased with Sailor Moon at the moment. It doesn't embody Usagi very well. Just her sacrifice. Everyonne else looks pretty good I think. (Venus has her Sword from the manga cause I liked it and I can't draw stupidchainheartsaugh)
Black Lady is in there because that story arc had an impact on me when I was little, that everyone has a dark side. And her design was super sexy. I'll do a real ChibiUsa some other time. And maybe outers. And maybe color. Lots of maybes.

Never was into Sailor Moon but I always thought Sailor Mercury was cute, and you did her justice here.

Mercury is adorable. I made her a little more chubby than most draw her, but I wanted to add to her wonderful nerdy appeal. Plus then she can surprise the shit out of people when she can swim like a lightening bolt.

I love how Black Lady came out and actually I think of out the scouts, Mercury and Mars are my favorites. You did a lovely job ^_^
