XD! I see Hello Kitty all over the bottom of this. I’ve always thought the Hello Kitty kitty was cute. She used to be one of my great likings when I was younger. I’ve grown out of her though. (I’ve yet to grow out of liking Winnie the Pooh, though. xDD)

Wow. Does she have two lip piercings? Aiee. Wouldn’t that hurt? The horns—their ragged and bony appearance is LOVELY. I really like the green/black coloration as well. I mean… the horns are just beautifully done! Aah, so nice. If only I had horns like that! <3
So, you used colored pencils on this, right? Nice work on the shading too. A lot of people I see that use colored pencils don’t actually bother to shade it! (Which is ridiculous. Dx) So kudos to you for shading it! How nice. 8D
Your anatomy work for your style is rather good. I only have a few critiques for anatomy though on this piece. Her tail looks slightly out of proportion near the part where it comes out of her, like it’s been partly smwashed or something, eh? Enlarging the bottom of it would fix that.
Also it seems to curve just slightly… off on the left side of her legs. It seems to be square instead of rounding about.
It’s nice how you’ve remembered the glowing purple shades of the glowstick she’s holding. I’d probably forget to highlight her with purple if I was drawing her. Her jeans and other attire and accessories are nicely done, and in your style are very bold and easy to see.
In fact, SHE’s very easy to see with the dark green/black background. I like that—it accentuates her, the main part of this picture, and definitely brings more attention to her form instead of taking away. How lovely.

Yeah she has snakebites, i think i'd be cool ito have them, but you can only get metal rings for them not cool coloured things... HAha i have 3 piercingsin one ears and only 1 in the toher, but lips would hurt yeah |F

Oh yes, the glowsticks. (Oh my.) Mmm, a glowing feature is not too terribly hard to do in Pixia. I typically create a new layer, then draw around whatever I want to be glowing with the color of the glow, then use the blur to blur the glowing to make it seem softer and more like a glow. It overlaps nicely because of the transparency of the new layer overtop of the previous-- therefore, you don't have to worry about it looking oddly.

I really enjoy the way the glow sticks actually cast a glow on the character. Very well done!
A few crits have already been mentioned, and I agree with most of them (i.e. the crotch and the left eye)
Just a little note, if you look in the mirror, your belly button is actually at the point on your tummy where your waist is narrowest...You`ll notice this easier if you are shapely like me XD *is chunky* I hope that makes sense!
Your improvement is great! I love how much definition and detail your anatomy is taking on! Great job!

It`s actually a really common mistake that I know I make sometimes and I didn`t really notice any sort of belly button mistakes until I read some crits at SROA (I don`t try out, I just read what they have to say about other people`s tryouts...pretty interesting, you should take a look)

aw, she's cute! as for critique, it doesn't look like she has a crotch- there should be lines to imply wrinkles going horizontally where the legs split. Her eyes and horns are not quite symmetrical, which can be remedied by trying to draw a light line down the middle of your character while sketching to try to keep those proportions even. Also, it looks like you put her hand behind her back just so you didn't have to draw it, I think the pose would look more natural if her arm wasn't behind her.
