I wear the same too at the moment. I bought them at Ebay. My problem is, i can only wear them with feet on the couch as i cant stand in them. Not 3 seconds or more. Very intense pain on big toe as the heel area is not perfect to hold my weight and my foot slides direct into the footarea - even some toepads from my pointes dont help.

I stuffed a nylon down the toe it gives more support but that's what ballet boots do you have to work up your strength in your toes to support your weight and tie them very tight as well especially the first half of the lacing
