The leader and top dog of the Poke'Force!
The poke'force, An elite team of the top pokemon,
Police, poke style.
They roam cities around the world, Stopping crime and baddies,
all as a whole.
This jolteon is the leader of the entire organization.
She is a robot;
Created By humans.
They programmed her with great intelligence,
and the heart of a leader.
She is very strong, and very good willed.
She knows a variety of moves, beyond four.
She discharges electricity when angered.
She Has an entire steel skeleton.
The base of her spikes are steel, harder than the rest of her fur.
Her fur is actual Jolteon fur, Layed over her several layers of artifical skin.
Her rings are actually just the inside of her, not covered by fur.
not being covered, reasons unknown.
If the glass, which they are made of, is broken, then she will need them immediatly repaired. IF not soon, She will die.
Theyre kind of like her hearts.
If one is broken, she can still live.
One is like just an extra.
with two, she is very energetic and strong.

She was created to establish a force of pokemon, guild them, and use them to replace human police. However, one pokemon could not do this, so humans are still used, but not often.

Info about the Poke'Force;
There is recognition accesories that each force officer is required to wear.
A technologic visor; seen above; Is only for the most elite officers to get information immediatly.
Only a select few receive this item after intense training and a long time of cooperation at the force.

The force is very strict;
a lot of information is recquired.

The pokeforce is a roleplaying thing.
Youre supposed to roleplay an officer.
But you are welcome to draw them as such with my premission and a link back.
I will soon post an application form, with entire information of the force.
Including accesories, not optional.
Any pokemon, size or level, is allowed in the force.
I dont want to see kawaii desu wings on your umbreon, please.
explainable attributes on your pokemon is allowed.
I will soon come up with an emblem for the force.

Cortana doesnt have a white mane because it was proved useless since she cant eject her spikes.
She has lived rather long, And will live much much, muuch longer. She is very wise.
She has a glitch in her system, She sometimes calls pokemon by their species, complusively. ex. ' How are you doing, Voltorb?'
