***Updated 8/12/21 with Gold Dino Fury!!***This is a big picture of all the Power Rangers teams. This used to be a much busier, gawdier, INYOURFACE pic with all the battlizers, mega battles, mecha armors, etc etc. But I've really wanted to get rid of all the for a while and just see the rangers' suits. Apologies to the people that liked seeing those differences, but I really started to not like it, especially because a handful of rangers were covered up and hard to see.
Strictly speaking, this is just Power Rangers. There are multiple teams and characters in the Super Sentai pic (taiko554.deviantart.com/art/Al… ) that don't show up here, and a few PR-original rangers or gender swaps that show here. Below are the teams and any noted differences from their Sentai counterparts.

Aahh man, but you've got 4 Tommys and there were instances where they morphed right to Super Megaforce mode without morphing into Megaforce.

I am aware. Except you're argument has the flaw of the four Tommy suits never coexisting, save in his dream from Dino Thunder, and being made from separate power supplies. White was not a power up for Green, but a whole new power set. His Red and Black powers follow that as well, not being connected powers but completely independent and on completely different teams.
The Mega/Super Megaforce team is the exact same team with powers being linked in a direct sense. You're comparing two completely different aspects of this franchise as an attempt to make me include them. Don't.
If you would just read the previous comments, you would know I have been thinking about including them for a good long while. I still may at some point, but annoyingly asking "What, no Super Megaforce?" coupled with your other comment puts me off including them.

I imagine pretty soon you'll add the Megaforce Rangers' Ultra Mode and their Super Megaforce forms, along with the Super Megaforce Silver Ranger in Gold Mode.

If you mean Super Megaforce, I haven't decided. As the Gokia suits are just a powrup, I'm inclined to say no since it's the exact same characters. Further, if the rangers don't regular morph straight into the Gokai suits, I see no reason to include them here as another team.

Notice I said "if" above. The fact that they have gone right to the Gokai suits makes incorporating them a little more difficult.

I can hear Jason now saying, "POWER RANGERS FOREVER!!" and all the Power Rangers charge into battle against the X-borg and Bruiser army and all the Power Rangers fight them off as Jason and Troy and their Ranger teams work together to defeat the X-borg Emperor!

I can't wait for Super Megaforce. I wobnder how they'll handle the Gokaiger suits since they've been promoting them like hell. Although I'm disappointed that so far the only original MMPR Cast member to return is Jason David Frank and that they didn't make more of an effort to bring the rest back, or atleast Austen St. John*Yes I know him and JDF don't get along but still, he was the FIRST red ranger guys.* Unfortunatly now we might have to wait atleast 5 more years for an MMPR reunion. Fucking cheap ass Saban

Logistics, that's what it comes down to. Think about it this way, Japan is roughly the size of California. And previous Sentai actor is likely to still be within the country, the same country where production is. What's more, the production company is located in Tokyo, a very central city along Japan's coast. So for Sentai, it is incredibly easier to have veteran senshi return for a guest spot.
Now take Power Rangers. The United States is, quite obviously, larger than California (Japan's comparable size). Previous actors from PR spread out all over the country. Now take into account that PR's production side is now housed in New Zealand, an entirely different country an ocean away from the US west coast. So having all these previous actors, who are spread over an area more than 20X the size of Japan (just the contiguous, lower 48).
So understand the hurdles PR faces compared to Sentai in regards to having previous actors return. It's perfectly OK that Saban Brands is cheap and can't get people back.

Still, according to what I've read so far, Saban gave David Yoist a general "Dear Ranger" Letter that had many gramatical errors, Aishia's actress turned them down and they seemed to make almost no effort to contact Amy Jo Johnson in Canada, *from her interview with no pink spandex* or Walter *Zack* and they were last "Looking for austin St. John" who has a problem with JDF and is apparently an EMT in DC. Trini's actress who's name excapes me at this moment died in 2001 in a car crash and I don't think fans would like them replacing her with another actress. So the only one we're getting for sure is Tommy as both the Green AND the White rangers and possibly Jason although he has yet to be confirmed one way or the other.

Again, logistically, a generic letter makes perfect sense. "Dear ranger" is no different from all the spam letter mail you get addressed to "valued customer at -address-". Was it rude of Saban Brands to send out letters that way, sure. But again, understandable.
Canada, as I explained, is far away. It's another country, granted it's a neighbor to the U.S., but still another country, a further distance to bring her to New Zealand. For the most part in Gokaiger, we only had one actor per previous series and that was fine. I don't know why people are so bent out of shape about almost the same approach being had in PR.
Am I happy with the roster of people that are returning? Not really. I think it's pretty shitty that there's been no evidence of any Disney-era rangers retuning, especially since Disney saved the show when it was down, and a bunch of Gokaiger's additional toys belong to (what would be) Disney-era ranger series. But I can at least understand how difficult it would be to bring back everybody I'd like to see. You're not going to get what you want, so there's no reason to be all angsty about it. Be happy a reunion type series is happening with the talent that is returning.

I know, and I am glad they could get a decent legend roster of previous rangers. From my side and most others the lack of Disney Rangers paired with coupled with the fact they can't get 5 the still living rangers out of 6 from the first season of MMPR has everyone up in arms. Then again Saban may have an ace up their sleves to shock the fans. So far the 2 reunion shows done so far have been good, although I liked Forever Red better than once a Ranger soly based on the fact that Opperation Overdrive sucked. Hopefully Disney will continue that trend. Speaking of the return of previous rangers, I wonder how they'll explane the restoration of Tommy's Green and White Ranger Powers and not his Black Dino Thunder ones *plot wies atleast, since we all know full well he's best known for those two.*

Wow. This is epic. I've been in and out of the series after Time Force, only seeing a few episodes each of the following series, but I hope to see the Legend War.
