**Updated 3/2/16 with Grimm and Sanzo Damashii**Ooooooo~~~ spooky, spooky. This is the third rider from Kamen Rider Ghost.
Transient, hooded, and de-hooded.
Kamen Rider Necrom is the Gamma's very own rider. He's actually the scrawny lil' Prince Alain/Alan. Normally I wouldn't point out the massive body mass shift from civilian to rider, but damn. Put some meat on that boy's bones so it's a little bit more believable he's behind the mask. As his name implies, Necrom can control others. We've seen him control the Gamma footsoldiers and he's recently put Specter under his spell.
He's also forced two heroes/luminaries into his service so far, Grimm Damashii on the bottom left and Sanzo Damashii on the bottom right.
I love his slimey green color. And the base/transient form with the contrast between black and white is done really well to me. I'm not a fan of the massive wrist changer eye dropper thing-ama-bob, but hey, w/e. Gotta sell those toys. His transient form's helmet with the spiral bit we see on the Eyecons is pretty neat and I do like how it's barely visible through the scuba mask bit.

I like how Necrom harnesses the luminaries' powers artificially while Specter and Ghost uses it naturally. Kinda makes him special from the 2

have to agree, it's pretty cool. I also like the whole Ben 10 references with him. black, white and green. watch changer. time limit. I am a bit disappointed that Necrom didn't follow the whole thing with the horns. I coulda sworn the third Rider would hav three horns

The green/black/white color scheme is an amazing choice for this one, for sure. I still feel his scuba mask and his Megalouder aren't all that great (unless they made the Megalouder smaller somehow). Either way, you did an awesome job on this.

If the Megalouder was the size of, say, the TheBee Zecter, and didn't involve that outward rotation to 'stand up' like it does in standby, then I think it'd look better.

Nice job dude. I wonder why u create some of villains from super-sentai but u didn't create villains from kamen rider series? I think boss from kamen rider series is good to see too, such as N-Daguva Zeba (Kuuga's series), Doras (ZO's movie), and General Jark (RX series) etc...

This is easily the most intimidating Rider we've had in years. And I freaking love him. Not too fond of the Mega Ulorder though, I feel like they COULD have made it work as a belt, but the wrist mounted thing is alright I guess.

And agreed, he could've been another belted rider. I'm really not sure why they opted for the wrist changer, other than the "oh it's different, it'll sell more toys" reason.

A bit of everything in all honesty. The design is very unsettling for a rider (in my opinion), his character has a proper amount of menace to him, and his actions have some pretty dark implications. The big thing for me was durring his debut, when he threw an Eyecon into a Ganma, and the Ganma just became a new Necrom. It was short, but pretty disturbing.
Well I think it was to justify the limited sound board. The thing can only read Necrom's Three Eyecons. Everything else just gets a generic "Ghost" sound. If it were a belt at the same price point as the Ghost Driver, it would have been a rip off. By making it a wrist changer, they were able to use less plastic and make it cheaper. That's the only excuse I can think of anyways.

At first I wasn't a fan of the big scuba goggle, but I've grown to really love this design. It's just so dramatically different from Ghost and Specter, it's great. I love the little eyeball/node things acting as his cuffs and knee pads, it's great.
As for his Transformation Tool...it is a bit too bulky for my liking, but it isn't that terrible. For me anyways.

I'm still not in love with the visor/goggle, but it's nice in that it's different. Like I said, the green color used is what sold me on the design. I'm not sure I'd like his design in any other color.
