Yay! Time to dive into my favorite rider series, Kamen Rider Kabuto! Ah, memories.This here is Kamen Rider TheBee/ZaBee. On the left is the heavier/bulkier Masked Form and on the right is the Rider Form. Though his zecter shouts "Change Wasp", which is technically a different set of insects in the same order, but honestly who the heck really cares?! Four different characters become TheBee at some point in the series, with two being one-offs and two primary users. TheBee is a close combat rider, he doesn't really float like a butterfly, but definitely stings like a bee (ha).
TheBee is a great design, heck all of Kabuto's designs are top notch in my mind. But seeing how we really don't have many riders/forms with a yellowish hue as the dominant tone, it's awesome to see it used to wonderfully.

First was Kickhopper, Gattack, Punchopper and the last one I think was the boss of Zect who turned into a Worm

Didn't he just .....disapeared ? I can't remember his user dying but after half of the show he was just gone

The two primary users went on to become the two Hoppers, so nobody really used TheBee from like mid 30's through the end.

He was one of my favorite designs in Kabuto but was so underused. Although the legs all look the same, the gold really helps him look slightly different, great job on this one!

i like thebee's look the cast off chest looks like the body and wings of a wasp and head is the well head of a wasp. nice work

Yup, that's what it's supposed to be. Just like how Masked Form's visor is a bee/wasp.

One of the cooler riders from that series, always lked the bee them for him. Shame that we didn't really get another bee for the other shows to follow.

If you haven't check out the Edison Damashii form for Ghost it looks very much like it's a cross between a light bulb and a bee.

I'm actually sad that not many Riders with bug motifs have wasp or bee inspirations. I think the only ones were Super-1 (hornet) and TheBee here. I'd definitely like to see another wasp/hornet/bee-themed Rider one day. And as always, this piece is just amazing.
