Description

Nothing too special here, just figured I'd try it out. The Metallic Armor from Power Rangers. I never thought the Metallic Armor was something really feasible but after seeing that new MMPR Pink figure with the effect, and looking at how I did the Kiramager's stone and sleeve effect, I thought differently. Also, to be fair, it is a terrrrrrrrible "power up". Like I know the 90s were crazy, but production just went to the dollar store and got shitloads of glitter and dunked the suits in them. It's awful.

The coloring here is basically the same process as Kiramager's, but with different color gradings, I guess. The coloring works fine, it appears enough like how the metallic armor glitter-pattern effect looked in show: with all the colors getting a darker base with some glimmering specks (save for black which lightens up a lil). Even the suit's white spaces get that effect, so yea. The only parts that didn't receive the effect are the morphers, visors, silver mouthplates or dino features, and dino eyes. I couldn't find conclusive and consistent evidence that the shields' gold did or didn't get the effect, so I went with did, it makes sense to. It may not bee too terribly apparent what the differences are from afar, but zoom in and you'll see. And/or, zoom in on both these and the original pieces and you'll see just how different the suits' colors look.

And I decided to do one for green as well even though that never existed in the show.
