The cover of Part 3 of Mendertale, "LIGATURES"

Just like with the previous parts, this time as well, I've used the freshly made, full version of the cover illustration to make the cover from. ^^ Usually a small part of the image is always cropped way, but fortunately it's not a lot that's lost at all.
This time I've been aiming for a very neutral background, because the characters, especially Gaster are entering/ re-entering a complete new part of life and yet, some aspects of the past follow them along. The title, "LIGATURES" is picked for it's multiple meanings, as it not only is a medical term of "bonding" something together in surgery or through a medical treatment, but is also describes the bonding between people. Further there's a third meaning that's something English-speaking people may not think about at first: The ligature between singles letters in typography.
The first two will make more sense to you currently and also in terms of the story. The last will also do that, but you will need to wait until the beginning of PART VI to really get the meaning behind it, because you will need all six titles to understand that little riddle of mine.

As for the reason why Gen's "SOUL-hair" ( XD ) is back: That also stands in connection of the title, but I won't tell. You're free to guess though.

Welp! Welcome to Part 3 of Mendertale and therefore soon also to chapter 9 of the story. I hope to have the first pages done in two weeks from now and so far it's looking pretty good.
