Description

Yoshi's character design evolution is the opposite of Pikachu's. Whereas Pikachu started off plump, then got thinner, Yoshi started off slim and tall before his neck got shorter and his shell became more humpback than saddle .

I chose this yellow shade specifically because it's similar to the Super Mario 3 game cover. Sticky tack was used to stabilize Yoshi, its snout is not hollow, leaving it too top heavy to do any pouncing poses. Sticky tack was also used on Mario so it can be placed directly on top of Yoshi. The only indication that the Mario figure is older than the Yoshi is that the eyes and cap of Mario have dust on them.
