Dawn and Sara are college roommates on spring break. They decide to do something they've never done before, they go to a nude beach for spring break! Little do they know this trip will change them forever. Sara has long hated her large breasts. She decided that she wants to get a reduction someday, but that requires surgery and money she doesn't have. However, on their way to the beach, and seemingly out of the blue, she finds a vendor selling several "under the counter" medications. This strange fellow offers her what she wants, diet pills that reduce breasts size! It sounds too good to be true. But Sara really wants to believe in them. She is desperate to drop a few cups sizes, end her back pain, and just be normal. After showing the pills to Dawn, she scolds her for being scammed. Sara brings the pills with her to the beach anyway.
