Okay, so this was a wonderful little spin off of a piece in my Favorites Gallery
I couldn't help it. This is Hamlet's debut!! He is my deformed (look at the tail) Eastern Hog Nose Snake. Yes, normally they eat frogs but that wouldn't have made as much sense

How old is he. Very Cool I love snake, never had one but Catch wilds ones.

Do they lose the pattern when they get older?
I know some of the hog nose snakes i see are darker, more black color.

There is a black morph, but yes, they do tend to loose the bright pattern, it's still there hidden under darker colors. I hope he is the black morph!!
