| Etsy | Custom Commissions | YouTube | Polymer Clay Gallery |My mom asked me to make this set for her friend's birthday. I made the roses, then she added the crystal... her friend liked it a lot! The earrings are silver plated, they're only 1 cm each.
I'm very proud of this. I think that these are the most realistic roses I've done, and I really liked this shade of red.

I plan to sell sets and roses like this in my store.Made with Sculpey III, metal findings and the red crystal.
(Seriously, I clean and clean but I still find cat hairs in my photos! lol cat hair is really thin this time, you get three cookies if you find it!)

Talty, your roses are so pretty. I have done roses and I think mine are too thick. When I try to work with thinner clay for a more delicate rose, they collapse. I'm going to keep working on them.

Yup I make custom ones, a set of earrings and pendant with blue flowers would be $15 + shipping. I don't have blue crystals right now, so you would either need to wait a week or so until I get them, pick another color I already have or I could make them without the crystal. Shipping is $4.50 for as many things as you order from me

Is it possible that you might be able to do a template on how to make roses, I really want to make a tiny rose to put on the cake charms that I'm currently attempting

I haven't made a rose tutorial yet, mostly because I have no idea how to take the photos xD the process requires that I use both hands at all times, so I can't let go to press the button. I plan to make a video tutorial and I even got the camera, but I haven't found the time to film

How thick do you make your petals so they don't crack?

Actually they're quite thin, but since they're so close they give each other support and they don't crack.
