I don't have any excuse for why it took me so long to respond to this. Please make no mistakes, I love it. I love it to my core. I love it so much I wouldn't stand to just leave a quick 'drive by' comment, in the midst of my move from Japan to America, and the ensuing "disgusted-with-American-culture" culture shock adjustment. XD
But it was ALWAYS there. I'd delete other notifications just to keep it at the forefront. I wanted to SEE IT. ; 3
So, now that I'm finally settled in, I can kick back, relax in my sofa chair and look upon this piece of magic and soak it in.
First, did I say I love it? I do. Not just Hexa. too. The atmosphere is gorgeously creepy. Literally! The atmosphere! XD The creeping, choking mist, the blurring of the flora into one, gross, scary carpet of what-must-be muck... the broken pillars and the smattering of blood, the thoughts of the intruders, thinking Hexa was just some silly little green witch in the bog...
And HEXA. Oh HEXA.
HOWEBER... I SHOULD mention...
While *I* love it... I don't know what Cotes thinks. She's terribly hard to read.

The wait was worth every minute! And don't worry, I expected a delay on account of the move.
I'm really pleased with how this one worked out, it was so much fun to double-team Hexa with ! Paying tribute to an awesome character from an awesome comic by an awesome artist!
And hey, your work's inspired and motivated me, turnabout is fair play I say!
And speaking of turnabout, you know that feeling when someone who knows what they're doing draws your stuff? Cote may be hard to read, but there's no mistaking the grin that pic put on my face! This is what an "art community" is all about, man. Thank you!

I felt so bad letting each day go by - seeing it in my notifications left me feeling like I was living in the "Telltale Heart'!

And I'm glad you liked (presumably) Ms. Cotes! : D She went through a little adjustments getting her 'long' look right... I just hope I got her colors right - the two arts of her are dueling a little bit in terms of color schemes haha

Beautiful work... Hexa is so good to hate... but you know, deep down in side there's probably ...just more bad!
Lovely environment and atmosphere, I like the little details, the bloody hand a fallen javelin... the cracked columns... it's all so good. Hexa herself looks none the worse for wear... I suppose using magic means you don't really get your hands (or outfit) dirty very often.
