A really admire the look of the to fighters. MMA fights should be always barefoot (or with this special "MMA footwear", where toes and heel are free).
It looks not like a regular sportiv match, but like a fight without rules, so I think it could end with one woman laying on her back and the other stomps her face till she has knocked her out.
