For the PC I believe (do not quote me) that you have to hit scroll lock first to remove all info then hit the printscreen button to capture the image, hope it helps some!!

are you on a PS2 or PC????
well on the PS2 you press "select"
then hold down "R2" and the press "R1"
and to view them after you have to go to File Manager in Play Online
for the PC not sure but i'll look it up for you if you need
