Description
A process of this:

Breakdown:
1. I normally start off with a pretty rough sketch, then I normally just run off with it since I'm too lazy to do the lineart haha.
2. I add colors and basic shading using the bar1 brush in sai. My density is usually around 50-60 so it would blend well.
3. Using the clipping group, I add colors on top of the lineart to unify the image. I interchange between step 2 and 3 most of the time.
4. Adjustments! I merge all the layers as one (I duplicate the lineart in case though) and paint over some stuff, adjust the size of the head, add a darker overlay at the bottom etc.
5. I added a background and some subtle snowy effects.
6. I put a texture and glow-like overlay for composition purposes; I also adjusted it a little more.

So yeah it isn't exactly in-depth but I think it shows how I work on my stuff and some. I was actually happy to have finished this fast like within a day haha. I hope this helps!
